It's not impossible but difficult. From the trip to Nha Trang and Da Lat, I've come to some important points if I want to start wearing lolita as daily wear without tiring myself out:
- The garments have to fit me well. When I wore Dear Celine's princess sleeves blouse with Angelic Pretty's Princess skirt I didn't tie the skirt tightly enough and my blouse kept slipping off, either out of skirt or down to the front. It looked wonky and was a bit uncomfortable.
- No bra or a comfortable bra. My current ones don't fit me all that well and there is nothing that makes you get tired quicker in lolita than a bad bra.
- Comfortable shoes are a must. My feet hurted like hell when I had to walk around in my Body line shoes in Vinpearl.
- Good petticoat probably helps. I only have 1 cupcake petticoat from Dear Celine so I can't really say with certain yet, but it's pretty stiff and make my legs sweat because it's hot and stick to my legs. I'm ordering a new petticoat from Classic Puppet, we will see how it goes.
In conclusion I will have to:
- Spend more money on quality shoes instead of opting for the cheaper ones
- Find a couple of good bras
- Pay more attention to sizing when buying clothes
I wish society is less obsessed with women breasts, would save me so much trouble and money on bra. My boobs are so small I can go commando all the time without any trouble.
